The benefice has two Open the Book teams that go fortnightly into the primary schools in Barrow and Risby as well as the preschools. Team members act out a Bible story wearing authentic clothing and using a variety of props.
Open the Book gives every child a good understanding of Bible stories and the children as well as the team enjoy the experience.
